TALKO BOS is a business task management system that helps teams organize tasks, track deadlines, manage projects, and optionally sync with Google Calendar.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Google Calendar Integration

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, you grant TALKO BOS permission to create, update, and delete calendar events corresponding to your tasks. This permission can be revoked at any time. We use Google Calendar API in accordance with Google's Terms of Service and API policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal activities
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Interfere with the operation of the service
• Upload malicious content

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you create in TALKO BOS. We do not claim ownership of your tasks, projects, or other content.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

TALKO BOS is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
