• Task data: tasks, projects, deadlines, and related content you create
• Google Calendar data: when you connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar events solely to sync tasks with deadlines. We do not store your Google Calendar data on our servers.

3. How We Use Google Calendar Data

TALKO BOS uses the Google Calendar API to:

• Create calendar events when you create tasks with deadlines
• Update calendar events when you modify task deadlines
• Delete calendar events when you remove tasks

We use the minimum required permissions (calendar.events) and do not read, store, or share your existing calendar events. Google Calendar access can be revoked at any time from your Google Account settings.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in Firebase (Google Cloud) with industry-standard encryption. We use Firestore for database storage and Firebase Authentication for user management.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or to provide the service (e.g., Firebase, Google Cloud).

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account, and withdraw consent for Google Calendar access.
